I am a Classical Five Element Acupuncturist practicing in Dublin, Ireland.  I graduated in 1986 from Dublin City University with a B.Sc. I qualified from the College of Traditional Acupuncture in 2008 with my Lic. Ac. and B.A.(Hons).  Since graduation I have continued my study of Classical Five Element Acupuncture attending workshops and courses by recognised leading practitioners including J.B. Worsley, Gerad Kite and Nora Franglen.  I am on the faculty of the College Of Five Element Acupuncture (COFEA) in Dublin. I am also a T’ai Chi and Qi Gong teacher with the T’ai Chi Foundation (TCF) and I help run and teach at a local branch of the TCF at the Suaimhneas School of T’ai Chi in Dublin. My other interests include chess, photography and Feng Shui.

My practice mission is to offer you a heightened experience of health. I use Classical Five-Element Acupuncture which works in harmony with the laws of nature to assist you to be more balanced, at ease, and peaceful by stimulating your body’s own natural healing. Classical Five-Element Acupuncture acknowledges that our health and wellbeing are affected by the state of our body, our mind and our spirits. When we experience tensions of any kind, our immune system is affected and we may get injured, feel unwell, suffer from depression, and generally find life more difficult. Therefore, Five-Element Acupuncture treats more than just physical symptoms. Keeping the whole person in mind, this form of acupuncture assists you in the regaining of health on all levels: body, mind and spirit.
