My path toward Five-Element acupuncture came from personal experience. After years spent in fast-paced environments and living largely from the mind, my body began to ask for a different way of listening. Acupuncture offered that pause - a quiet but powerful means of restoring balance, perspective and a sense of direction that felt more aligned.
What continues to inspire me about it is the depth and simplicity. It understands the human being as an integrated whole, where physical health, emotional life and inner purpose are in constant dialogue. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it works with the underlying patterns that shape how we feel, respond and move through the world.
As I continue my training I am grateful to be stepping into the role of practitioner and to accompany others on their own paths toward wellbeing.
