The Association of Five-Element Acupuncturists (AFEA) is a professional membership organisation supporting practitioners of Five-Element acupuncture.
AFEA exists to help strengthen, promote and connect the Five-Element acupuncture community while providing members with professional visibility and access to wider regulatory support through the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA).(formerly the British Acupuncture Federation)

Membership Cost
Annual membership: £35 per year
This price also includes automatic membership of the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA)
Membership fees are charged annually at the point of joining and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Who can join?
Membership is open to practitioners whose primary approach to acupuncture is rooted in the Five-Element tradition and who have trained with a recognised Five-Element acupuncture college or school.

To apply for membership you will need:
- Proof of qualification or training
- A professional headshot
- A short professional biography
Applicants must also consent to AFEA using their information within the organisation and practitioner directory.
